Warm hello after meeting
Hello {{name}}, it was good to meet you yesterday. I enjoyed hearing about your week. If you would like to know what I do, I can send a short note you can read whenever you have a minute.
You share products through your own network, and most of your day happens in chats: a friend who asked a question, a customer waiting on an order, a contact who read your message and went quiet. These twelve messages are company neutral, so they fit whichever company you work with. They cover the first hello, the follow up after a call, the nudge when nobody replies, the order that just went through, and the ask for a referral or a review. None of them makes an income promise or a health claim, because those are the lines that get people in trouble. Copy any message, or add all twelve to your keyboard and send them from iMessage, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other app in one tap. If you work with a specific company, start with its page below and check its current policies.
Works in WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, Messenger and every other app.
Words in {{double braces}} are blanks. In the textcuts keyboard you fill them with one tap, and the names you used recently come back.
Hello {{name}}, it was good to meet you yesterday. I enjoyed hearing about your week. If you would like to know what I do, I can send a short note you can read whenever you have a minute.
Thanks for asking, {{name}}. I work as an independent seller for a company whose products I use myself. I am happy to explain how it works in plain words, and a no thanks is a fine answer. Short version here, or a quick call?
Thanks for your time on the phone, {{name}}. We covered what the products are, how ordering works and what a first month looks like. Which part would you like me to go through again?
Here is the page I mentioned: {{link}}. Read it when you can and send me any question, big or small. I am not in a hurry.
Would {{time}} suit you for a ten minute call this week? If not, send me two times that work and I will fit around you.
Good morning {{name}}. My last message may have been buried, so here it is in one line: are you still thinking about this? Yes, no or not now are all fine with me.
{{name}}, I will leave this here and stop writing so I do not fill up your phone. If anything changes, my door is open. Look after yourself.
Understood, {{name}}, and thank you for telling me straight. I will check in once in a couple of months, unless you would rather I did not.
Your order is in, {{name}}, and I have the details written down. Delivery usually takes a few days. I will message you when there is a tracking update, and you can reply here if anything looks wrong.
Hi {{name}}, I wanted to check that everything arrived in good shape. If something is missing or damaged, tell me and I will sort it out with the company the same day.
Would you leave a short review of your order? It helps other people decide, and it takes about a minute: {{link}}
You have been great to work with, {{name}}. If a friend or colleague has asked you about this kind of thing, feel free to pass on my number. Only when it comes up naturally.

Income figures or lifestyle promises ("replace your salary", "financial freedom", "I made X this month").
Instead: Results vary, and here is the company's published income disclosure.
Health or treatment claims about a product ("helps with diabetes", "cures bloating").
Instead: Say what the product is, and send health questions to a doctor.
Hiding that you are selling ("it's not a sales thing, just a chat").
Instead: Say early that you are an independent seller for the company.
Fake urgency ("only 2 spots left", "price goes up tonight") when it is not true.
Instead: Give the real date and time of the real event, and nothing more.
Another pitch after someone said no.
Instead: Thank them once, and check in again only if they ask.
"Hey hun" openers and copy pasted pitches to people you have not spoken to in years.
Instead: Start with their name and one real detail from your last conversation.

15 Herbalife follow up texts: after a first order, no reply, reorders, the business question. No income or health claims. Copy or add to your keyboard.
Send one short nudge after about three days, then a last message a week later, and stop. The "Gentle nudge" and "The last message" templates above do both.
Yes. They are company neutral and contain no product, income or health claims. Always check your own company's current policies before you send. For a worked example, see the Herbalife follow up page.
Leave it out. The FTC's business guidance on multi level marketing says any earnings claim should reflect what a typical participant achieves, and it counts pictures of houses, cars and vacations as earnings claims too. Say that results vary and point to your company's published income disclosure.
Yes. Every one uses a single blank, which fills in on the free plan. Free holds 8 textcuts and 1 folder, so the six essentials fit comfortably. Importing all twelve also works, because imports are never blocked and nothing is deleted.
Yes. textcuts is a keyboard, so the templates work in every app where you type. If you are choosing a team tool, see textcuts vs Boards.
