Arbonne text party messages: 16 templates for the invite, the chat and the follow up

A text party lives or dies on the messages around it: the ask to a host, the opener that gets the chat talking, the spotlights, and the quiet follow up with guests who liked something. These 16 messages are written for an independent Arbonne consultant and use Arbonne's own words: Independent Consultant, Preferred Client, PC Price, ReplenishMe and the 90 day money back guarantee. Product posts stay with what is on the label and Arbonne's product sheets, and nothing here promises a result, a health benefit or an income. For the general script of any text party, see the text party host script. Copy a message, or add all 16 to your keyboard and send them from WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram or Messenger in one tap.

Works in WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, Messenger and every other app.

Words in {{double braces}} are blanks. In the textcuts keyboard you fill them with one tap, and the names you used recently come back.

Asking a friend to host

Asking a friend to host

Essential
Hi {{name}}, I'm an independent Arbonne consultant, and I'm planning a few text parties this month. Would you host one for your friends? You pick the date and who to ask, and I run the chat and answer the questions. Happy to explain how it works first.

When to send: When a friend has liked a product you use.

Why it works: It says what hosting involves before you ask for a yes.

Host says yes: setting the date

Wonderful, thank you! Let's go with {{day}}. Send me the first names of the friends you'd like to ask, and I'll add them to the group chat. Ten or so is plenty. Tell me whether they lean toward skin care, makeup, body or nutrition, and I'll plan what to show.

When to send: Right after the host agrees.

Why it works: Arbonne's four categories make the next step concrete.

Invitation the host sends to friends

EssentialPro
Hi {{name}}, I'm having a little Arbonne text party on {{day}}. My friend, an independent Arbonne consultant, will post a few favorites in a group chat and answer questions. Want me to add you? You can mute the chat or leave it whenever you like.

When to send: The host sends it, 5 to 7 days before.

Why it works: It tells the guest what the chat is and how to get out of it.

Reminder to the invited friends

A reminder that the Arbonne chat starts tomorrow at {{time}}. If it's not your thing, just say so and I'll take you off the list, no hard feelings. If you're curious, say yes, and I'll add you in a minute.

When to send: The day before the party.

Why it works: It makes a clear yes or no easy, and a no costs nothing.

Opening the party

Welcome message in the chat

Essential
Welcome, everyone, and thank you {{name}} for hosting. I'm an independent Arbonne consultant. Tonight I'll post a few products from skin care, makeup, body and nutrition. Ask me anything, skip what doesn't interest you, and know that nobody has to buy a thing.

When to send: When the chat starts.

Why it works: It names who you are and takes the pressure off in the first minute.

First question for the group

Quick question for the group: has anyone already tried {{product}}? Tell me what you thought, good or bad. If you haven't, say what you'd like to know about it, and I'll start with that.

When to send: Right after the welcome.

Why it works: Asking about use gets replies faster than asking who wants to buy.

Product spotlights

Skin care spotlight

Spotlight: {{product}}. It's part of Arbonne's skin care range, and I'll show how I use it in my own routine. For full details, the product sheet on arbonne.com is the place to look. Ask me below and I'll point you to the right page.

When to send: Mid party, one product at a time.

Why it works: It keeps to what Arbonne publishes and sends guests to the label and the product sheet.

Makeup spotlight

Makeup corner: {{product}}. Here's the shade card and a photo of how I wear it. Colors look different on every screen, so ask me for a closer picture in daylight if you're unsure about a shade.

When to send: Mid party.

Why it works: It admits what a screen can't show and invites a question.

Holiday gift idea

Gift idea: the {{item}} from the holiday collection. It comes as a set, so it's easy to wrap and give. Tell me if you'd like to see what's inside, and I'll post the full contents.

When to send: In the weeks before the holidays.

Why it works: It sells the gift, not a promise about the product.

Nutrition spotlight, no claims

For the nutrition fans: here's {{product}}. I'll tell you the flavor and how I prepare it, and nothing about what it will do for you. Serving details and ingredients are on the label, so please read it, especially if you have allergies.

When to send: When a nutrition product comes up.

Why it works: Flavor and preparation are safe to say. Results are not yours to promise.

Closing and ordering

Order window

The party chat stays open until {{day}} evening. If you'd like something, message me privately or order through my link. If you're new to Arbonne, ask me about Preferred Client pricing, no obligation.

When to send: The last day of the party.

Why it works: A real end date is honest and needs no pressure.

Thank you to host and guests

Thank you all for coming tonight, and a special thank you to {{name}} for hosting. I'll be around for a few more hours if you think of a question. Take your time with everything, and have a good night.

When to send: When the party ends.

Why it works: It thanks the host in public, which makes them look good.

Preferred Client follow up

Offering Preferred Client

EssentialPro
Hi {{name}}, since you liked {{product}}, here's something that may suit you. Preferred Clients get the PC Price on orders, plus bonus products with qualifying orders. There's an annual registration fee, and the terms are on arbonne.com. I'm happy to go through them with you, no pressure either way.

When to send: A few days after the party, to a guest who ordered or asked a lot.

Why it works: It names the real program and mentions the fee up front.

ReplenishMe and the personal shopper option

Pro
Hi {{name}}, your {{product}} should be running low about now. Arbonne has a ReplenishMe option so Preferred Clients don't run out, and you can also let me place orders for you as your personal shopper if you opt in. Want me to explain either one?

When to send: About a month after a Preferred Client's first order.

Why it works: It offers two real conveniences and lets the client choose.

Checking in after an order

EssentialPro
Hi {{name}}, how are you getting on with your {{item}}? Arbonne has a 90 day money back guarantee, so if it's not right for you, tell me and I'll walk you through a return or a replacement.

When to send: One to two weeks after delivery.

Why it works: The guarantee is Arbonne's own, and saying it builds trust.

When a guest asks about the business

Essential
Thanks for asking, {{name}}. I'm an independent Arbonne consultant, and results vary a lot from person to person. Arbonne publishes typical earnings at earnings.arbonne.com, and I'd read that before anything I say. I'm glad to answer what the work involves.

When to send: When someone asks how you do it.

Why it works: It points to Arbonne's own earnings summary instead of your story.

Do not say

  • Income or lifestyle lines such as "create a future of your own design", "earn a little extra money" or "earn as little or as much as you want". In a review that closed in December 2024, the Direct Selling Self Regulatory Council looked at claims like these in consultants' posts, and Arbonne had 40 of 53 posts removed or edited.

Instead: Send the link to Arbonne's earnings summary and say results vary.

    Source

  • Medical claims, talk of conditions or diseases, or promises that a product will work. Arbonne's terms ask for none of these.

Instead: Share what is in Arbonne's product sheets, and say "please ask your doctor" for anything medical.

    Source

  • Product claims that are not in Arbonne's official materials.

Instead: Link the product page or the Meet the Product sheet on arbonne.com, and let guests read it.

    Source

  • Rewording Arbonne's product descriptions in your own words. Arbonne says changing a word or two can change the real meaning.

Instead: Paste Arbonne's copy exactly as printed, or describe only how you use the product.

    Source

  • Photos of people or models copied from Arbonne's site. Arbonne allows product and botanical images, not images of people.

Instead: Use product images from arbonne.com or your own photos.

    Source

  • Weight, hunger or body measurement results, for you or anyone else.

Instead: Talk about the flavor and how you prepare the product, and leave out numbers.

    Source

  • Adding people to the party chat without asking them first.

Instead: Invite first, add only those who say yes, and let anyone leave.

  • Fake urgency ("only a few sets left") or pressure after a no.

Instead: Give the real closing date and one reminder, then stop.

Frequently asked questions

Which Arbonne rules apply to what I post?

Arbonne asks every Independent Consultant to follow its Policies and Procedures and the Direct Selling Association's Code of Ethics, as its business ethics page explains. The Policies and Procedures are in your back office, so read them there. Arbonne's terms and conditions add that claims about products and the business should come from Arbonne's official materials, with no medical claims and the earnings disclaimer whenever the business comes up.

Where do I find Arbonne's income disclosure?

Arbonne publishes the Independent Consultant Earnings Summary, also reachable at earnings.arbonne.com. Send that link when someone asks about the business, and say that results vary. The message "When a guest asks about the business" on this page does exactly that.

Can guests order without becoming consultants?

Yes. Arbonne's terms say you do not have to become an Independent Consultant to buy its products. A guest can also become a Preferred Client, which Arbonne describes as a member price program with its own annual registration fee.

How many messages should I send around a text party?

One invitation, one reminder, the welcome, the spotlights and one closing message. After the party, one follow up per guest and then stop. If a guest says no, thank them and leave it there. For more on running the chat, see the text party host script.

Do these templates work on the free plan?

Yes. 12 of the 16 use a single blank, which fills in on the free plan. The other four use two blanks and need Pro to fill both from the keyboard.
