Message templates for coaches and personal trainers

Your business runs on small messages: the reminder the night before, the check in on a quiet week, the note to a client who vanished, the ask to renew. Typing each one from scratch eats your evenings. These 12 messages cover the whole client journey in a friendly voice, with no promises about results or health. Start here, then open the page for the moment you need. Copy any of them, or add all 12 to your keyboard and send them from iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other app in one tap.

Works in WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, Messenger and every other app.

Words in {{double braces}} are blanks. In the textcuts keyboard you fill them with one tap, and the names you used recently come back.

Frequently asked questions

Which message should I start with?

Most coaches start with the day before reminder and the welcome message. They are sent most often and save the most typing.

Do these work on the free plan?

Yes, mostly. 11 of the 12 templates use a single blank, which fills in from the keyboard on the free plan. The other 1 use two or more blanks, so filling every blank from the keyboard needs Pro. Free holds 8 textcuts and 1 folder, so the six essentials fit comfortably. Importing all of them also works, because imports are never blocked and nothing is deleted.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Every message is yours to edit once it is in your keyboard, so make it sound like you.

Can I send these on WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes. textcuts is a keyboard, so the templates work in every app where you type, including iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and SMS.
