Thank you for the new policy
Welcome aboard, {{name}}. Your new policy is in place and your documents are in your inbox. Text me anytime you have a question about it.
A client just bought one policy from you. That is the best time to learn what else matters to them, as long as you ask and do not push. These thirteen texts thank them first, then ask a plain question about other cover, explain what a bundle may or may not do, and let them say no. They never promise a discount, because that depends on the carrier, and they never push a policy a client does not need. Use them with clients who agreed to be texted. Copy any message, or add all thirteen to your keyboard and send them from iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS or any other app in one tap. textcuts works in any app where you type.
Works in WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, Messenger and every other app.
Words in {{double braces}} are blanks. In the textcuts keyboard you fill them with one tap, and the names you used recently come back.

How is the new policy working out, {{name}}? If any part of it isn't clear, I'm glad to go through it. No need to wait for renewal.
While I have you, {{name}}, is there anything else in your life you're not sure is covered? A boat, a rental unit, a home business. Just curious.
You have your car with me, {{name}}. Who covers your home at the moment? Some carriers offer a discount when policies are together, and I can check if that applies to you.
Do you have a limit above your regular policies, {{name}}? An umbrella policy adds extra liability cover. It isn't for everyone, so tell me and I'll explain when it makes sense.
If you rent, {{name}}, your landlord's policy usually doesn't cover your belongings. Want me to show you what renters cover would look like? A quote costs nothing.
Congratulations on the house, {{name}}. Some people also look at life cover at this point. Only if you're interested. I can explain it simply.
Since you started your business, {{name}}, it may be worth checking that it's covered. A short review can show whether your current policies reach that far.
Here are two options for the extra cover we discussed: {{link}}. Both come with limits and costs spelled out. Tell me which questions come up.
Thanks for telling me, {{name}}. I'll leave it for now. If it comes up again, you know where to find me.
Understood, {{name}}, and thank you for being honest. I won't bring it up again unless you do.
Thank you for adding that, {{name}}. Your updated documents are on their way. I'll check in after the first month to see how it feels.
A year since you joined me, {{name}}. Thank you. If your life has changed, let's see whether your cover should too.

Instead: Say a discount may be available and check with the carrier.
Selling cover a client doesn't need.

Cross selling right after a claim.

A gift for buying a second policy.
Instead: Say thank you. State inducement rules vary.
Using fear to open the topic.
Instead: Ask a calm question.
Asking again after a clear no.
Instead: Honor it.

After the first policy is in place and the client understands it, about two to four weeks later. Ask one open question, never more than once a quarter.
No. Send these only to people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you by text. The FCC's guide and 47 CFR 64.1200 explain the consent rules. Start a first message with a line such as "Tell me if you'd rather not get texts," and stop the moment someone says stop. Keep texting for people you already work with, one message at a time, typed by you.
Yes. All thirteen use a single blank, so they fill in on the free plan.
